It’s about having a world view, a healthy curiosity and appreciation for the joyous kaleidoscope that is the human race. Unfortunately, we know that for the LGBTQ+ community, going on holiday often means going back in the closet for fear of discrimination. It’s long been our goal to be become one of the friendliest LGBTQ+ companies in travel and in recent years we’ve focused on empowering staff, educating customers and influencing suppliers as well as using our influence to advance LGBTQ+ equality in regions such as the Caribbean. That’s why we’re a keen supporter of the work of Open for Business who are working to tackle this archaic form of discrimination.

If so, ‘Open For Business’ invite you to complete a short survey to help them identify the present barriers which may affect the attractiveness of the Caribbean as a destination, particularly among the LGBT community.
